With respect to all visual depictions, including images, video clips, and photo sets stored or mirrored on this Website, DomFap qualifies for an exempt status from the primary record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 due to the following criteria:

• The Website acts solely as a secondary distributor and automated archive. We do not produce, finance, or participate in the filming of any adult content.
• We do not employ, contract, or maintain any direct relationships with the performers appearing in the media. All materials are mirrored from already existing public internet resources.
• Because we are not the primary producer, we do not possess individual identification records. Any inquiries regarding original performer documentation must be directed to the primary producers or original publishers of the content.
